So moved and honoured to be a part of the Relay For Life Youth Program Video. There was an amazing program at Downsview Secondary School in June and I was fortunate enough to speak there. It was an incredible event. So much positive energy, enthusiasm and integrity from everybody. It was my second year speaking for Relay For Life and I loved it. Great organization.... if you want to get involved, search "Relay for Life" on google.

FU Cancer kicks it Off Broadway!

I was excited (and let's be honest) a bit nervous to perform FU Cancer Off Broadway in New York at The East 13th Street Theater. The show went very well and Dominique Faber did a great job producing especially for her first time out. It was a hot Sunday night downtown and we had a very enthusiastic crowd help make the show very memorable. The past two shows in Toronto and New York have been a real blast as its great to feel the energy of the audience again.

In addition to performing FU Cancer, I am currently finalizing work on Kicking Cancer's Ass: A Guide to Getting Through it and Getting On with Your Life. If anyone happens to own a publishing company and wants to pick it up. let me know!

BTW if anyone is in New York, make sure you check out the "High Line". Its a one mile walk on an old train platform that was converted into beautiful public space. Cindy and I loved it!

Talk soon.

Very exciting things are happening! I am currently getting the show up and cranking again in prep for New York. This, of course, means that I'm rehearsing in my dining room and speaking in character voices while my dog (who is all of four months old) tries to figure out what the hell I'm doing. Can't wait to perform the show again. The characters are coming to life and seemed to be just waiting for me to learn the words and show up so they could speak. Liver is even more pissed off than usual and kidney is smarter than he appears…

My producer in NY, Dominique, is currently hustling up an audience and taking no prisoners…

Huge thanks to Cin for getting this terrific site up and rolling again! I am such a luddite I can barely operate the remote to find Law and Order…more soon.
